Arch. Fabrizio Ventura

Fabrizio Ventura was born in Rome on 15.08.1958.
After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, obtained in 1986 with the highest marks, immediately began a series of collaborations in architecture and engineering studies, where he was able to put into practice the technological skills acquired during his studies, driven by the interest in managing the entire design process, from the first idea to the realization of the work, understood the latter as a due act of the architect, taking, in a contemporary key, the figure of the ancient “Aedificator”.

In 1990 he founded the studio Arching – Integrated Architecture and Engineering Services where, thanks to the help of many collaborators who have succeeded, it has been possible to carry out a design method in which the problems of the technological components, both structural and facility, take on a large space; components today more than ever demanding compliance with their own rules and conditioning in an important way the same design choices.

The need to exercise a constant control of the design process, to ensure the achievement of the expected result, in terms of aesthetics, performance and cost, led the study to give great importance to the executive design, especially to ensure the feasibility and the construction of the project, before it enters the construction phase, thanks to a great knowledge of materials and technologies for their implementation.

Even the construction phase, with the direction of the works, is a field where a considerable experience has been gained, made available to the client to ensure the achievement of the required objectives.

The scope of competence is completed by the inclusion in the lists of the Ministry of the Interior referred to in Law no. 818 of 7 December 1984 (Fire Prevention Technician), the inclusion in the lists of qualified subjects in the field of safety facility, referred to in art. 9 of the D.P.R. 06.12.1991 n has 447 and s.m.i. and the qualification for the safety of the job of which to the D.P.R 494/96 and s.m.i.

Integrated architecture and engineering services

The structure, whose activity began in the year 1986, has always been organized to offer a “turnkey” service to clients, through an integrated design: architectural, structural and plant engineering, of public and private works, which allows to manage, in a single creative and technical process, all phases of the work, from the technical/economic feasibility study to the realization.
