Description

The project was developed by paying particular attention to the application of bioclimatic architecture techniques to ensure its lower energy requirements; thanks to the integration of environmentally friendly materials and local ones such as stone, wood and plaster applied with advanced technologies, the building has better stability and durability to the benefit of both urban decoration and economy, generating a significant reduction in maintenance costs.

Despite the fact that it verses modern and innovative architecture, the building has been designed to fit into the urban context in a non-invasive way; in fact, this shows on the street front as a structure with clear lines that are responsive to the neighboring architecture, while on the two fronts, North and South, which enjoy greater exposure, more modern solutions have been implemented that can generate greater living comfort. Thanks to the design of deep loggias, the property benefits from large livable open spaces while conferring natural protection from solar radiation, especially in the summer months.

The rational subdivision of space inside the dwellings is designed to ensure a division between living and sleeping areas, both within the same unit and between neighboring units. The main purpose of this decision is to ensure a significant reduction in noise pollution problems associated with the different use of rooms in the house, leading to less interference between functions at different times.
