Description
This is a Feasibility Study aimed at enhancing the value of an agricultural property of approximately 14 hectares, primarily intended for hazelnut cultivation, a typical activity in that area, by also developing a hospitality component that is strongly integrated with the surrounding environment.
The geomorphological features of the property, the presence of a watercourse and significant natural woodland vegetation, contrasting with the area designated for actual agricultural production, have suggested a diversified model. In this model, the typical agritourism structure is complemented by an alternative hospitality concept, more closely connected to the natural part of the landscape.
The presence of some buildings and sheds, originally used solely for agricultural production, made it possible to create a built-up core that will house all the services of a high-quality agritourism facility, without impacting the largely natural portion of the property.
Moreover, to increase the accommodation capacity of the facility and make it economically sustainable, the plan includes installing a new hospitality cluster within the woodland area, located on the higher, more prominent part of the terrain, composed exclusively of large tents. These will be equipped with all necessary amenities to ensure a high standard of service (Glamping).
